Nikki is the Founder and CEO for Beaumont People, a national recruitment agency specialising in corporate roles across the Charity Sector, Education, Associations and Memberships and Health and Community Services.
Nikki brings over 22 years of business management experience and highly tuned business acumen, along with market insight, combined with a level of personal care and human compassion. Her people-centered entrepreneurial approach and innovative spirit have led her business to achieve recognition as one of Australia’s Best Places to Work for the last 5 years.
Why I joined:
I have been a passionate supporter of the charity sector for as long as I can remember and have found many ways to support a wide range of charities both personally and professionally. Having moved to the beautiful Northern Rivers in 2015 I am keen to support and connect with the local community and to use my many years of experience in business and working with hundreds of charities to add value and make a difference.

Member of Women’s Giving Circle, Grants and Community Impact Committee, Development and Engagement Committee and the Board of Directors.
